This person uses a hosting provider other than SBI, so he has to spend time fixing the scripts and other things. This is fine for him, because he is technology litterate, but for the average person who is not, this would not be acceptable. It would take him or her hours out of the day to fix whatever it was that was broken, when it probably wasn't their fault in the first place. SBI makes sure that there are never any problems.
